Portland Poutine — Fries, Pepperjack Cheese, Scratch Gravy, Roast Chilies
The Portland Poutine at Melt in Portland, Oregon is well worth the five dollars during happy hour. The fries were a nice consistency with the pepper jack cheese, scratch gravy and roast chilies that topped the dish. Unfortunately, the mac & cheese and tomato basil soup didn’t meet our expectations, but if you’re ever curious about this dish that’s more popular in Canada, I’d give it a try.
